Sales Administrator

This crucial role will provide day to day support for the sales and account management team for UK Healthcare. The role will include supporting the team with new sales initiatives, helping to deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients and supporting account maintenance and development.

Day to Day tasks will include:

  • Provide support to the team for the construction of proposals and provision of costings, working in collaboration with the wider company to seek input where needed.
  • Support the team with producing data for complex business cases
  • Assisting with client liaison and diary management
  • Process new orders through to finance to ensure setup for billing and remind account managers of renewals where contracts are to expire
  • Ensuring accurate customer records are maintained on our CRM system and that pipeline data reporting produced as required
  • Responsibility for curating and maintaining appropriate cross site benchmarking data for the purposes of use in sales proposals, business cases and marketing collateral.

This role will report into the Head of IWS but will additionally provide some support to the wider sales team.

  • Strong administration background required with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent experience of using software tools for the production of proposals and reports including.


As a 6 month fixed term contract, there will be 25 days holiday pro-rata. Applicants may be eligible for Navenio’s pension scheme after 3 months.
