Deloitte Fast 50 Women in Leadership: An Interview with Connie Moser
In a recent interview with Deloitte, Navenio’s CEO, Connie Moser, discussed Navenio’s inclusion in the 2023 UK Technology Fast 50 Women in Leadership cohort and our growth over the past 12 months.
Navenio’s technology improves the hospital experience for patients as well as the day-to-day experience for clinical staff through data-driven solutions and location technology. Navenio gets nurses back to the bedside allowing them to provide care for those who need it. It increases their capacity to complete tasks at a more comfortable and quicker speed, which is beneficial to all. Clinical staff can continue to care for patients while other team members are perfectly aligned where they can make the most impact.
When it comes to personal passions, Connie cares deeply about raising leaders through her work as a long-term board member at Ripon College and mentoring young women in the health tech industry.
Some key Navenio milestones from the past 12 months include:
- Raising $6.3 million in investment to continue growth in the US.
- Completed the NHS Innovation Award and was one of the few companies to finish the programme with fully validated outcomes within the NHS.
- Navenio’s solution has improved task volumes by almost double, and up to 94% in some cases. The response time of service providers has also decreased by 31%. Due to this, people are getting in the beds quicker – allowing nurses to collaborate efficiently and effectively, improving patient flow and decreasing the length of a patient’s stay.
